Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you qualify as a consumer under EU law, you may have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract, subject to conditions for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection when opened.
How to notify us
Send a clear statement including your name, address, and order reference to the email above before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
We reimburse payments using the same means of payment unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until goods are returned or evidence of return is provided.
Return shipment
You should return goods without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days of notifying us, unless we offer collection. You bear the direct cost of return unless we state otherwise or the item is faulty.
